Greek Salad with Chicken Kebabs are perfect mates for all your summer time dining needs. The chicken kebabs are marinated in similar seasonings as the Greek dressing tying it together with the giant Greek Salad. Lemon, garlic, oregano, crunchy cucumber, sweet grape tomatoes, salty kalamata olives and crumbled feta is an utter delight.
A new spin on the classic Strawberry and Spinach salad. The chicken salad itself is gluten free and packed with all sorts of the alphabet vitamins (B vitamins, E, K, C, and A), manganese and magnesium, protein, and dietary fiber.
Frikadeller aren’t your typical spherical meatball but a squished pork meatball like patty panfried and full of onion, garlic, and rosemary flavors. A Danish favorite!
Primavera means Spring and this pasta is filled up with some delicious Spring flavor. Asparagus, lemon zest, shrimp, and Parmesan cheese all play well with browned butter. Quick enough for a week night dinner and fancy enough for guests makes this a big winner in my book.
