Mason Jar Margaritas
Hello! How was your weekend? I had a wonderful weekend. On Saturday I turned 30 and celebrated with a cookout with friends and family. It was wonderful to see so many people. Dinner parties are my element. Alex grilled unkebab kebabs. It was easier just to have all the components of a kebab instead of actually skewering them one by one.
Here is my parents with me on my birthday. I think the last time I had my picture taken with them I still shared their last name. I am so glad they made the journey down.
I made some tasty cocktails to enjoy at the party. Red, white, and blue sangria was made. I poured 7-Up into ice cube trays then popped some blueberries and strawberries into the cubes for a fun way to keep the sangria cold. I also made some delicious mason jar margaritas. Mmmm!
With these margaritas you can easily make them before the party, pop them in the freezer or an ice bucket until ready to serve. Plus mason jars are so Pinteresty right now. These would be the perfect addition to a 4th of July cookout!
Happy belated birthday girl! Hope you had a great one! 🙂
WOW love the margaritas but the red white and blue sangria is rockin. Love you
