Here’s a quick recipe for you to make this weekend. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Bars. I was lazy and didn’t have the time or energy to bake cookies so all the dough got pressed into a 9 x 13 baking pan and these bars were formed. These are subtly chocolatey and not in your face chocolate like a brownie. I hope you enjoy them!
